Orders are processed promptly within 2-3 business days of your order. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you require expedited shipping, please contact email@example.com. Alietum is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery errors due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Alietum accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing, shipping, and email address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We offer shipping internationally, however we are not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. We do our best to ship your goods out as quickly as we can, but please let us know if your order is required within a specific time frame.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept the return of unused and unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
